Plans
Any type of benefit plan that is available exclusively to
the members of a specific association is called an Association
Plan. It can be a health plan, dental plan, vision plan, or
other member benefit.
Employers of all sizes who are affiliated with
an association that has implemented a member benefit option
can
enroll in the association’s benefit plans. Smaller employer
groups often find a wider variety of benefits are available
through an association.
In other words, the proportionately higher level
of benefits that accrue to associations with large memberships
now are available to member companies regardless of their
size.
Am I eligible to join an association plan? Yes.
